Temporary Credit Controller
The successful Credit Controller will have the opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment. The responsibilities you will undertake:To notify customer of credit rejections in line with company procedurePrepare correspondence to the customer when requiredEnsure debts are collected in line with monthly set targetCredit notes to be raised and approved in accordance with credit policyTo ensure sales ledger is reviewed and maintained to the set standardPreparing the paperwork for defaulting debtors and forwarding to the legal controller at the end of the Collection CycleTo prepare the paperwork for bad debt accounts and forward to your Team LeaderTo receive, analyse and resolve all queries into the department within 24 hoursManage your own ledger
A successful candidate will demonstrate:Ability to work with your own initiative and manage your own workloadAbility to manage your time dealing with the various tasks to be completed within given deadlinesTarget drivenStrong systems knowledgeBe immediately available
This role will last for 3 months on a temporary basis with a possible extension. It will be based in Warwickshire.
The role will pay circa £12.00 per hour dependent on experience.
