Following its Area Based Review and a public consultation, Telford College of Arts and Technology (TCAT) and New College Telford (NCT) are proposed to officially merge on 1 August 2017 and be rebranded as Telford College.

The merger of the two colleges will create a single college offering one of the widest choices of academic, professional and technical education and training opportunities in Shropshire, providing significant benefits to students, employers and the local communities.

It is an exciting time to be joining the senior team at Telford College.

Following the appointment of the new Principal and CEO we have created an impactful new structure of Senior Leadership Posts to develop an outstanding college.

We are currently seeking an ambitious and inspirational Chief Operating Officer who will lead on finance, estates, Human Resources and Data and Performance across the college.  Putting in place an ambitious financial strategy while ensuring effective on-going financial control, you will enable the college to achieve an excellent financial health rating in the future as well as maximise the college’s funding from all relevant sources.
