Who we are looking for 

You’re already well on your way to establishing your career in finance and are either part way through your CIMA or ACCA studies or have significant prior experience. Something of a financial whiz, you’re confident in the advice you give and can translate figures into tangible commercial reasoning and make firm decisions. Your negotiation, diplomacy and conflict resolution skills are top notch, and this helps when you’re designing, implementing and influencing process and governance cross-functionally. Ideally with multi-site business experience in an operating / customer-driven environment, you’ll come to us ready to challenge our team and to drive us forward and be ready to take the next step in your finance career. 

A bit about the role 

Though our franchise stores and Proud to Serve Costa network we do everything we can to be located where our customers are. Whether that’s on the high street or motorway network, or in a hotel or their workplace, we need to make sure that we choose our partners wisely so that it makes sense financially and operationally. You’ll work with the UK&I partnership business to ensure the decisions they make are well-informed and considered. You’ll provide the analytics and insights that will help the teams maximise sales conversion, you’ll help with business case preparation and work with the business development team to deliver new business. You’ll also support delivery of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning processes.
