The role is for a fantastic relocation company, based in Edinburgh, that specialise in International Assignments and integrated Relocation Services who have a vacancy for an Expense Claims Co-ordinator.

You will be required to process Expense Claims for Client's Relocating Employees and to manage client accounts.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Check, approve and process Expense Claims for Clients employees within agreed timescales
- Make payment of Expense Claims using UK and foreign currencies
- Managing funds held for employees
- Processing of Client invoices for Expense Claim Costs to Sales Ledger
- Providing reports to client on Expense claims processed for employees
- Checking and processing Third Party Invoices
- Operate effective Credit Control
- Reconcile Client Bank Accounts
- Process and check payments on Barclays Internet Banking system

Skills Required:

- Must have an Accounts background
- Ability to work to tight timescales
- Be proficient in Excel and Word
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Must be able to pay attention to detail and be accurate
- Be experienced in Purchase Ledger
- Experience in working with Foreign Currency
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of International VAT procedures would be an advantage
