Contracts Manager

My client is an oil company that has grown dramatically since its inception. They have also re-invented their business in recent years to maximise the potential from the revenue that is now generated within the gas business. With a strong balance sheet and a good long-term production capability they are a company that will develop in both in the near future and the long term.

Due to restructure they are looking to develop their finance operation in Saratov. This has created a position for a Contracts Manager to lead a small team focused on tendering, procurement and contracting. A legal background would prove advantageous as would experience within an International organisation tendering procedure.
