Our client is a progressive blue-chip organisation and is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Collection Manager to lead a large dynamic team in a fast-past environment.

The Role

The role will be responsible for the strategic management of the account collections and the resolution of customer complaints & issues relating to customer accounts. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:- creating and delivering a revenue management strategy that optimises working capital and bad debt losses- management of operational Resolve and Debt Specialist activities within the segment to deliver medium and long term segment plans and strategy- managing the level of debt, bad debt and default including working capital costs- designating external collection agency contracts and providing, including negotiating contracts and ensuring that a high quality service is delivered to both the organisation and customers- frequently liaising with Senior Manage across the organisation to support maximising collection activities with other operational areas.As the right candidate you will be educated to degree standard and have extensive experience in managing financial and commercial services in a highly regulated and timely environment. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills and a proven track record of effectively managing a large, dynamic team (70-100+) through inspiration direction and leadership.The role has significant interaction with operations, so is best suited to candidates who regard themselves as having a degree of charisma, with strong commercial acumen.This is business is a highly sought after employer to work for with significant opportunity for career progression.
