The post of Director of Finance is a key part of the senior leadership team and is instrumental to Helena Partnerships achieving its aims in the short, medium and long term.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will develop a clear vision for future financial strategy. Your inspirational leadership will inform and direct the company’s activities in relation to the key agendas of financial and risk management, performance management, and value for money. Your commercial skills will be used to drive efficiency, and generate funds to support growth.

As an Executive Director of Helena Partnerships you will be expected to set the strategy that will deliver their 10 year vision. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all employees share that vision and believe in it’s success.

This demanding and challenging role will stretch your boundaries. The successful candidate will be an ambitious qualified accountant with extensive experience in a senior business strategy and financial leadership role. You will have a proven track record of building relations both internally and externally, of leading continuous improvement, and of risk aware commercial decision making.

You will be an enabler, facilitator and co-ordinator and have experience of inspiring and stimulating others with energy, people focus, passion and a practical can-do approach.
