    KPMG appoints global CFO

    KPMG appoints global CFO

    Helen Spice, who started her career at KPMG in the UK firm, becomes CFO of KPMG International

    KPMG has named UK accountant Helen Spice as its new global CFO.

    Spice, 44, becomes finance chief for KPMG International with immediate
    effect.

    She will report to Michael P. Wareing, CEO of KPMG International.

    ‘Helen Spice is uniquely qualified for the role of global CFO combining
    excellent judgment and interpersonal skills with 23 years of relevant business
    experience in the firm,’ said global chairman Timothy P. Flynn.

    ‘Helen started in KPMG’s UK firm, moved to a senior role in the EMA region,
    and most recently worked at KPMG International where she worked as part of
    international leadership to develop and implement global strategic initiatives.’

    Spice will be relocating shortly to Toronto from London.
