Mid-tier firm in push to nab Big Four candidates
Grant Thornton has relaunched two of its job websites in in a bid to
reposition itself as a more attractive alternative to the Big Four.
The firm relaunched both its graduates and careers websites. Both sites
include testimonials from current employees, video interviews, frequently asked
questions and include comments like: ‘With us you’re not just a number – or a
number cruncher.’
In addition the firm claims to offer prospective employees more variety, more
opportunity and more trust and responsibility than a career at a Big Four firm.
Mid-tier firms have traditionally struggled to attract the top graduates and
senior staff, when competing against the Big Four.
