This flagship ranking celebrates the next generation of professionals who are driving innovation, championing change, and making a real impact in their firms and the wider profession.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re calling on firms and individuals to nominate those who:

• Are 35 or under the age of 35 as of 1 September 2025
• Hold a recognised accountancy qualification
• Have made outstanding contributions to the sector—through technical excellence, leadership, transformation, client impact, or community involvement
