Re: A benchmark of excellence (page 10, 8 November), I agree with most of your sentiments but one thing caught my eye. You wrote ‘It is a concept that is evident in all the organisations and individuals who picked up awards: from Ernst & Young to Exchequer Software …’ On the front page of the same issue, you reported on E&Y cancelling bonuses. Can there be a mistake, or are there two different organisations both called Ernst & Young?
