Taking Stock - Oh what a tangled web.

A mischievous soul has let TS know about a further apparent breakdown in communication between Moorgate Place and a certain district society. TS says ‘apparent’ as there seems to be two sides to this one.

TS heard that some members of the South Essex society were waiting patiently for their allotted media relations manager to turn up to discuss the next issue of their newsletter. When the manager failed to appear, a quick phone call established that he had resigned three weeks earlier but had been asked ‘to keep quiet’ about it.

However, the institute denies this, saying the society had been informed of the manager’s departure and had been discussing the ‘transition’ with the society’s president. Clearly a breakdown in communication somewhere, but TS is not sure whom to believe.
