Inspect-a-gadget.

It’s nice to have a car that you can show off. And Volvo has created the ultimate set of gadgets to go with its swanky S80 model.

For a mere #5,500, over and above the #33,000 for the standard model, you can watch films on the tiny DVD player in the back seat. It also extravagantly includes a TV, a refrigerator, a CD and tape player, and a mobile phone in the front and in the rear of the car. The mobile in the front is the ultimate hands-free set, as it has a speaker in the headrest, the dial on the dashboard and the ‘yes’ and ‘no’ buttons on the steering wheel.

All this will impress your executive friends, but might not go down too well with the traffic police.
