IR35 effectively means that small independent consultants with fewer than 21working shareholders cannot make a living in the UK. IR35 forces them intoinsolvency.
Lest anyone think that this only effects IT, it also includes teachingprofessionals, nurses, hospital technicians and many, many small businesses who have few customers.
This government does not understand small businesses, let alone IT.
