IR35: Time the imbalance is addressed
I know this is old news but I would like to voice my opinion on IR35.
Basically, being self employed seems to be a good way of paying much less tax than those of us who are employed, and normally have a ‘usual’ place of work.
The whole nature of personal services consultants is that they visit differentclients, so why should they be able to offset all related business mileage,etc.?P>Juliet Hurwitt, ACMA
