IR35: Moving overseas

I was very interested in Kevin Miller's excellent letter on the subjectof IR35 driving highly skilled contractors overseas.

(IR35: Exodus is real)

I am one such contractor.

I would have left the country nine months ago, if it were not for theproblems of obtaining a US visa.

I now have an H-1B visa and guaranteed contract work in the USA through the sponsor of this visa. From the end of January, I shall be working exclusively in the USA in internet e-commerce. This would not have occurred had it not been for IR35.
