David, who is based in BDO’s Southampton office, specialises in advising private equity-backed and privately owned businesses in the mid-market.

Nicoletta Papademetris has been promoted to partner in BDO’s tax team. She joined BDO as a senior manager in 2007 and specialises in the private equity market and providing tax expertise to the financial services sector.

Simon Michaels, managing partner at BDO, said: “Their expertise in advising the mid-market, private equity-backed companies and financial services will further strengthen our offering to clients.”
