SHEFFIELD-BASED corporate finance firm Mackenzie Spencer has expanded its accountancy practice, Grey and Green, into London and the south-east following a merger with Maidenhead firm Eastmonds & Co.
The new practice will be called Eastmonds and remain in Maidenhead. A new logo and company website is currently in development.
Eastmonds managing partner Stephen Eastmond will work alongside managing director of both Mackenzie Spencer and Grey and Green Chris Sellars and his business partner Mark Stanley.
Sellars said: “We already have a number of London-based clients and this expansion into the south-east represents our commitment to providing a better service to both our existing clients and those of Eastmonds and Co.
“Our purpose has always been to provide intelligent, proactive and candid advice to our clients and we are looking forward to now being able to offer this same service to businesses in Maidenhead and the surrounding areas.”
