PwC appoints former EY and Accenture data specialists
PwC has appointed two new data analytics directors to the UK firm’s financial services risk and regulation team.
Scott Samme and Tayyaba Arif have joined the leadership team of PwC’s financial services advanced risk and compliance analytics (ARCA) practice.
Samme joins from EY where he was a leader in the compliance IT advisory practice. He specialises in the detection and prevention of financial crime and compliance. In his new role, Samme will focus on leading the analytics financial crime and compliance team within ARCA.
Arif previously worked at Accenture, where she led data management and governance at Accenture Digital. She has more than 12 years’ experience in helping organisations develop their data vision and strategy as well as managing and delivering complex multi-site data programmes. Arif will lead the data management and governance practice at ARCA.
