Haines Watts steps in as Clear Leisure CFO leaves
Haines Watts to run the finances of AIM-listed leisure business, as its part-time CFO leaves to focus on other work
A FINANCE DIRECTOR-SHAPED hole at Clear Leisure has been filled by advisers from Haines Watts.
Clear Leisure, an AIM-listed leisure company that operates theme parks and resorts, has seen its CFO Nilesh Jagatia announce his departure. Jagatia, who also serves in senior finance roles at Inspirit Energy Holdings and CA Sperati, has left after three years with Clear Leisure due to other work commitments.
Haines Watts, ranked 13th in the Accountancy Age Top 50+50 sponsored by Wolters Kluwer, has been appointed to manage finance for the company.
“The board would like to thank Nilesh for his invaluable help over the past three years and we wish him well with his other business activities,” Clear Leisure said in a statement to the London Stock Exchange.
