Grant Thornton and Baker Tilly raided by Price Bailey as three new hires boost tax team
AN EXPANSION of Price Bailey’s tax team sees three new external appointments.
Jay Sanghrajka joins from Shipleys, where he served as an international tax partner; Jacqui Gudgion served at Grant Thornton for 25 years in both the tax and new business development teams; and Richard Grimster served with Baker Tilly in a variety of tax and OMB-focused roles.
Head of tax consulting Charles Olley said he was delighted to bring in three experienced practitioners to “enhance” its existing team.
“Jay, Jacqui and Richard will expand our wealth of expertise which can be drawn upon to deliver the right solution for any given situation,” said Olley.
It has been a busy time for the Top 40-ranked firm. Last month it hired two insolvency specialists from BDO, Matt Howard and Stuart Morton, and in October it merged City firm Beechams into its London operations.
