TOP 20 FIRM HAINES WATTS has completed a merger with Liverpool-based firm GLF Richards & Co.
The firm’s staff is to move across to Haines Watts’ Liverpool office on Victoria Street with immediate effect.
Haines Watts’ Liverpool office provides audit, accountancy and taxation services to owner-managed businesses including professional partnerships, charities and B2B companies.
Director at Haines Watts Liverpool, Russell Silverman, said: “As a firm, we are always looking at ways in which to expand and develop the business and this merger with GLF Richards & Co. has strengthened our position in the market.
“For more than 15 years, [owner] Donna Parry-Richards and her team have built a strong reputation for providing comprehensive accountancy and taxation services, with a strong emphasis on the legal sector, and we believe that this will complement our own legal sector offering.”
Silverman added: “It really is such an exciting time for everyone that is involved. The merger is a perfect fit for both businesses, as we both have similar clientele and core brand values which are totally client focused. All of our clients receive a level of service which we believe is second to none.”
Haines Watts Liverpool said it hopes to reveal further expansion plans in the coming months.
