KIBO MINING has appointed Saffery Champness as its new auditor with immediate effect. The firm replaces LHM Casey McGrath, which served as the Tanzanian-focussed mining company’s auditor since 2008.
Chief executive Louis Coetzee said: “We are very pleased with the appointment of Saffery Champness as company auditors with whom we already have a strong relationship.
“On behalf of the Kibo board, I would also like to thank LHM Casey McGrath who, in addition to its audit function, has provided strong support and advice to the company during the last six years.”
Saffery Champness is part of the global accountancy group Nexia International.
