RDP Newmans and Lewis Allen & Co complete merger
A MERGER between Harrow-based RDP Newmans and sole practitioner Lewis Allen has been confirmed.
Allen, who traded under Lewis Allen & Co, has transferred over to RDP and taken his clients with him.
Allen qualified as an accountant in 1970, before setting up his sole practice in Hatch End in 1974, before moving to Carpenders Park in Watford in 1981 where he has practiced ever since.
“RDP Newmans are an established firm of accountants in Harrow and has a long history of providing quality accountancy and business services so I am delighted to join this growing practice,” he said.
“Thanks to this move, all our clients will benefit from the outstanding, value-for-money services RDP provides, delivered with a hands-on and personal touch.”
RDP partner Paresh Radia said: “At RDP we are always on the lookout for new opportunities to develop our services, so we are delighted to have concluded the acquisition of Lewis Allen & Co.
“Lewis has a long and successful history of practicing in Carpenders Park and we are delighted to welcome him, his staff and clients to RDP.”
