AUTOMOTIVE ACCOUNTING SPECIALISTS ASE have won a contract to provide audit and tax services to Vauxhall Motors Holding and its joint venture companies.
The General Motors division provides venture capital to entreperenuers wishing to operate as an MD of the own franchised Vauxhall dealership.
Paul Daly, the lead audit & assurance partner at ASE, said his team were “looking forward” to the challenge, having 37 Vauxhall retailers already among its client base. “…We are confident of a seamless integration to support our new clients across all of their sites.”
Forty year-old ASE provides a broad range of services to the motor trade. It was founded by former football referee and accountant Trevor Jones, and is now led by his two sons Robert and Michael.
