Laird leaves Serco for Scientia FD role
Yvonne Laird takes group FD position at timetable IT business Scientia software
YVONNE LAIRD is the new group FD of higher education timetabling technology business Scientia.
She joins from FTSE 100 business Serco, where she latterly served as finance and commercial director for its education and learning division. Laird has also held roles at KPMG, where she began her career, and Tesco subsidiary One Stop Stores.
It is the second major board appointment for Scientia in recent weeks, following the appointment of new CEO Mohamad Djahanbakhsh.
