Top 20 firm acquires two partner firm for undisclosed sum to boost its Romsey office
WILKINS KENNEDY has merged with Southampton-based accountancy firm Matthews Mist.
The Top 20 firm acquired Matthews Mist last week for an undisclosed sum, which includes all eight staff as well as the two partners.
John Mist and Christopher Matthews have joined Wilkins Kennedy as consultants. The remaining eight Matthews staff have joined the Wilkins Kennedy Romsey office this week.

According the last year’s Accountancy Age’s Top 50+50 survey, Wilkins Kennedy ranked 20th, had a fee income of £30.23m, 11 UK offices and 57 partners.
