Current 21st Century interim FD and former Baker Tilly audit partner Mark Elliott takes non-executive role at Enables IT
EX-BAKER TILLY partner and 21st Century FD Mark Elliott has taken a non-executive director role at IT services business Enables IT.
Elliott is currently the interim finance director at CCTV business 21st Century having served as non-executive for the business for just more than two years. Prior to that, he spent ten years as managing director of private equity company ICE partners. He was formerly an audit partner at Baker Tilly and specialised in corporate finance.
CEO Mike Walliss said: “Mark has been working with Enables IT in an advisory capacity since August 2012, assisting at a high level with the finance strategy.
“His experience has proved a great benefit to the management team to date and I believe Mark’s appointment to the board will strengthen group performance.”
Enables IT increased its operating profit by £700,000 to £352,000 and its turnover to £4.27m from £4.12m for the year ended 30 September 2012, compared to the same period a year earlier.
