THE FORMER FD of Corin Group has joined the board of Filtronic, the electronic component manufacturer said.
Michael Roller, finance director of Corin Group until June 2012, joins Filtronic as a non-executive director with effect from 1 June 2013.
Roller, a former chartered accountant with KPMG, has held a number of financial and corporate development roles with a range of multinational and smaller businesses including being finance director of a number of publicly listed companies.
Howard Ford, chairman of Filtronic, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Michael to the board and with his recent and relevant experiences as finance director of both AIM and full list companies he brings a wealth of experience to the board.”
