Mazars boosts workplace benefits offering with acquisitions

Mazars purchases two consultancies as it looks to grow its workplace benefits services

MAZARS’ financial planning arm has acquired two workplace savings businesses.

Its purchases of Citrus4Benefits and Surf & Consult boost the firm’s fee-based IFA division.

The two acquisitions provide detailed benefits and workplace savings consultancy advice.

Ian Pickford, Mazars partner and advisory services director, said: “We are delighted to announce this deal.

“The addition of their [the two aquisitions’] team and clients will broaden our national coverage and further enhance our range of client services.

“We are keen to develop the corporate consultancy services provided by Surf & Consult to meet the growing need of pension and risk providers in the rapidly changing corporate market place.”
