Dains extends senior team to 20 in RSM Tenon Stoke on Trent office deal
RSM TENON’S Stoke on Trent office has been acquired by regional firm Dains.
The deal sees the office’s accountancy, external audit and tax staff transfer to Dains, which will continue to be led by the existing team of Jon Dudley (corporate services), Ann Diggins (tax) and Andrew Bentley (commercial services).
Dains also has offices in Birmingham, Derby, Burton upon Trent, Lichfield and Rugeley.
“Dains has been keen to extend its footprint to the Stoke on Trent area for some time,” said Dains chief executive Spencer Wright.
Jon Dudley, office lead partner, said there was a “real synergy” between the teams, clients and markets.
The deal takes the number of Dains partners and directors to 20.
RSM Tenon has previously told the stock exchange that it intends to “rationalise” certain offices as part of its restructuring plan.
