A NEW CFO has been appointed at temporary power business APR Energy, after Rick Greene’s departure.
Current vice president of finance Andrew Martinez steps up to the CFO role. Martinez joined APR in October 2011. The ICAEW member has more than 20 years’ experience in accounting roles, in particular with Cendant Corporation. He has also served in practice, with PwC and Ernst & Young.
Greene is to leave the CFO role on 30 September to pursue other interests.
“We appreciate all that Rick has done in his time with the company and we wish him very well in his future career,” said APR chairman Michael Fairey. “We also very much welcome Andrew to his new role. Andrew has been instrumental in successfully implementing a number of key financial reforms within the group over the past six months.”
