PAULINE INGRAM has temporarily stepped up from FD to take the interim CEO role at ANT, following the departure of Simon Woodward.
ACCA-qualified Ingram joined ANT in 2004 and was appointed FD in 2007, moving to group FD a year later. She has worked in a number of industries, including the motor trade, pharmaceutical, telematics and manufacturing.
ANT provides software and services for the delivery of digital TV.
Its shares were trading down 0.25p in this morning’s trading, at 18.00p.
