Former Symbian CFO Thomas Chambers joins NCC as a non-executive director
THE FORMER CFO of phone operating systems developer Symbian has joined NCC as a non-executive director.
Thomas Chambers, who spent eight years at Symbian, joins the escrow and assurance provider NCC and will chair its audit committee.
The ICAEW fellow has also held roles at Kleinwort Benson, PWC, and as CFO of First Telecom.
He won Accountancy Age’s Growing Business FD of the Year in 2004, and was interviewed by sister publication Financial Director in 2002.
Paul Mitchell, non-executive chairman, said: “Thomas’s considerable industry experience and expertise will be a great benefit as the Group continues to grow and develop.”
