Bermuda-based firm Arthur Morris & Co succeeds PwC as auditors of The China 'A' Share Fund
PWC HAS BEEN succeeded by a Bermuda-based firm as auditor at Chinese business The China ‘A’ Share Fund.
The directors of the fund announced that Arthur Morris & Co were to replace PwC as auditors.
Arthur Morris & Co is a firm of chartered accountants and is Bermuda’s largest independent audit firm with a focus on the auditing of insurance and investment funds.
Four of the firm’s six senior partners are ICAEW qualified.
The China ‘A’ Share Fund Limited is an equity fund that invests in the public equity markets of China.
