GEORGE FITZSIMONS is stepping down as group FD of Charles Taylor.
He will remain with the company for the time being to ensure a smooth handover of his responsibilities.
The search for his replacement has begun. He joined the company, which provides consultancy services to the insurance industry, in 2005.
Rupert Robson, chairman, said: “Whilst George Fitzsimons will remain with the company for the time being, the whole Board wishes to take this opportunity to thank George for his contribution to the Company and wish him every success for the future.”
