A FORMER VANTIS DIRECTOR is stepping back into practice life after joining Harwood Hutton.
David Rankin, former Vantis business advisory managing director, joins the Buckinghamshire-based firm as a director.
He spent eight years at Vantis until 2010, where he provided strategic planning, outsourcing and M&A advice to clients. Rankin then formed his own business, Rankins, where he has advised a number of businesses in a non-executive capacity.
“We’re delighted he’s joining us. He’ll bring a new perspective to the firm,” said Harwood Hutton managing partner John Brace.
“We provide a lot of support to our clients outside of the compliance envelope, and that’s where his focus will be.”
