Deena Mattar is lined up as next audit committee chair for Lamprell
FORMER KIER group finance director Deena Mattar has been recruited to the role of non-executive director at engineering business Lamprell.
Mattar takes on the role from 1 April and is likely to assume the responsibility of chairman on the company’s audit committee.
Previously she worked at construction and property services group Kier for 12 years, nine as group finance director. She has held senior positions at KPMG in audit and transaction services, and is a non-executive director of listed software business Invensys.
Jonathan Silver, chairman Lamprell, said: “I would like to welcome Deena to Lamprell. I am confident that Deena will further strengthen the Lamprell board and that she will make a valuable contribution to the company at this exciting phase in its development.”
Lamprell provides engineering and contracting products and services to the onshore and offshore oil & gas and renewables industry.
