Chartered accountant takes non-exec role at Camper & Nicholsons
Martin Bralsford has served as a non-executive member of the boards of a number of commercial, banking and investment companies
CHARTERED accountant Martin Bralsford has joined the board of Camper & Nicholsons Marina Investments and will also join the audit and remuneration committee, the company said.
At the same time, John Hignett has stepped down from his role as a non-executive for health reasons.
Bralsford was chief executive of AIM-listed company CI Traders, and has served as a non-executive member of the boards of a number of commercial, banking and investment companies.
His current board appointments include being chairman of Albion Prime VCT and of The Stanley Gibbons Group. He is also chairman of wealth management business, Collins Stewart.
