Pensions advisor's launch in the UK sees Baker Tilly pick up audit work
BAKER TILLY has been appointed auditors to an established Danish pensions trust that is launching in the UK.
The firm has been appointed to NOW: Pensions Trustee Limited and NOW: Pensions Management Limited. Baker Tilly will also provide tax compliance services to the organisation.
NOW: Pensions is an independent trust available to employers, backed by Danish pension scheme ATP. The launch was tied to coincide with the UK’s requirements later in the year for auto-enrolment of employees onto pension schemes.
Morten Nilsson, chief executive of NOW: Pensions, said: “A key factor in offering a fully transparent solution is the ability to audit that solution, and Baker Tilly brings extensive sector specific experience. We are looking forward to working with them on both the corporate and pension scheme audits.”
