NEARLY 2% of RSM Tenon’s shares have been sold by a major institutional shareholder today.
Legal & General has sold 6.2 million shares in RSM Tenon, taking its holding down to 4.2% of the total shares in the listed accountancy firm, from 6.1%. Legal & General now holds 13.5 million shares.
The firm’s share price is currently 5.8p, valuing the company at £18.7m by market capitalisation.
