THE FORMER interim CFO of embattled accident management firm Helphire has taken a non-executive role at the business.
Simon Poulton, who stepped down last week as interim CFO following the appointment of Stephen Oakley in a permanent finance role, will take a non-exec role.
Poulton is an ICAEW fellow, who qualified with Price Waterhouse in 1980. He is also a member of the Institute for Turnaround, and has held a number of senior finance and restructuring roles.
Accounting problems and tough trading conditions have seen the company’s share price plummet, and investors push for a bordroom overhaul.
