City of London group names Goodbourn as FD
Investment group recruits former Southern Water Services FD
HOWARD GOODBOURN has joined the City of London Group as finance director.
Goodbourn previously served as FD of Southern Water Services, and has experience in corporate finance, as well as managing a mix of large and small finance functions.
Gleacher Shacklock partner John Williams and former 3i general counsel Tony Brierley join as non-executives.
The investment group is headed by former ICAEW chief executive Eric Anstee (left).
