Former KPMG board member joins Travis Perkins
Ruth Anderson takes another non-exec role
FORMER KPMG board member Ruth Anderson has joined Travis Perkins as a non-executive director.
The chartered accountant, who worked at KPMG between 1976 and 2009, joins the builder’s audit committee.
She also chairs Ocado’s audit committee.
“Her extensive experience of advising a broad range of companies across many business sectors will be of great value to the board, and with her financial background, she will be an important addition to our audit committee,” said Travis Perkins chairman Robert Walker.
