Peter Hart to step down in October, rather than the end of the year

PETER HART will step down earlier than originally suggested as group FD of Billington Holdings.

Hart was expected to step down on 1 December, due to personal reasons, but the date has moved forward to 31 October.

His successor, Peter Taylor, takes over from the revised date. Taylor joined the steel and safety products business as financial controller in August 2008, and in March was named FD of subsidiary Peter Marshall Steel Stairs.

The company’s share price was static, at 110p, during this morning’s trading.
