CBHC names Jeremy Allen as non-executive chairman
THE FIRST non-executive chairman has been appointed to Essex and south-east firm CBHC.
Jeremy Allen (pictured), who spent 19 years working with Dresdner Kleinwort, joins CBHC’s board.
“Success in my equity market career depended on understanding companies’ ability to differentiate themselves from their competitors, creating long term strategies geared towards sustainable growth,” said Allen.
“This is exactly what’s needed in the current climate, and CBHC has brought me on board to ensure that their service is on a par with any City firm.”
Allen, who has an accountancy degree, will help to raise the firm’s standard and grow the practice.
