Insurance broker Cobra’s FD resigns
Hannah Poulton steps down as FD and company secretary and is suceeded by David Stanley
INSURANCE BROKER Cobra’s finance director has resigned from the business.
Hannah Poulton relinquishes her role as finance director and company secretary.
She is succeeded by David Stanley the chief finance and operations director, who filled in during Poulton’s maternity leave.
Steve Burrows, CEO, said: “We are sorry to see Hannah go and are enormously grateful for her contribution to Cobra and its predecessor companies for the last 10 years. We wish her and her family, which is due to include a new baby imminently, every success in the future.”
