THE LEICESTER insolvency practice of Midlands firm Smith Cooper has been hived off into a new business.
Smith Cooper partner John Harlow has left the business and taken over the Leicester office to form a new independent firm called John Harlow Insolvency & Corporate Recovery.
All staff located at the Leicester office have transferred to the new business.
