Investment banker Michael Findlay joins Tenon's board
INVESTMENT BANKING expert Michael Findlay has joined the board as a non-executive director.
Findlay has served for Robert Fleming & Co, UBS and Merrill Lynch – where he was managing director and co-head of its corporate broking business from 2004 to 2009.
He is currently a partner with Moelis & Co, and also a non-executive of UK Mail.
Bob Morton, chairman of RSM Tenon, said: “On behalf of the board I welcome Michael to RSM Tenon. His skills and experience complement and enhance those of the Board and additionally the appointment of a further non-executive director reinforces the Board’s role of oversight and setting of the Group’s strategic aims.”
