    Finance expert joins Hamworthy board

    Hamworthy's new board member is an experience FD and chartered accountant

    HAMWORTHY’S new non-executive director is experienced financial professional Simon Nicholls, a chartered accountant who is currently group finance director of Senior plc.

    Formerly chief finance officer for building material specialist Hanson’s North American operations, Nicholls also sits on the board of a number of Senior subsidiaries.

    Chairman Gordon Page said: “Simon’s extensive experience as finance director of a successful FTSE 250 international engineering group will complement our existing expertise on the Hamworthy board.”

    The company designs and manufactures marine and offshore fluid handling systems.
